Delivery time
Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg: usually 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment
Germany, France, United Kingdom, Denmark: usually 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment
Home deliveries with TNT always arrive on working days (not on Saturdays) during office hours. Please indicate a delivery address where people are present at these times to accept delivery. Transport company TNT will usually only leave the goods when somebody is there to receive them.
If no-one is present, TNT will take the goods back to their depot. In this case, there will be either a card in the letterbox to agree a second delivery time or you will be contacted by telephone or email to agree on such a time (if necessary at a different address). The telephone number you indicate upon registration with the web shop will exclusively be used for this purpose.
Fixed shipping charges
Flightcase-brico.com has fixed shipping charges for every country it delivers to. This fixed fee applies to orders from € 35.00 excl. VAT or € 42.35, incl. VAT. We must unfortunately apply an additional administrative fee for smaller orders.

Extra shipping cost for length freight or volume freight
When you order extrusions of 199 cm or when you order wood or plastic panels or PVC foil (length freight) or when you order foam with a thickness of 1 cm or higher (volume freight) there will be an extra shipping cost of 30 euro excl. VAT. Our web shop will add this extra cost automatically when you order this type of products.
You might be used to lower shipping charges. Maybe you lately ordered a new smartphone of, say, 400 EUR and the postal charges for this were lower, or even free. Bear in mind, though, that a smartphone barely weighs a few hundred grams, while an order of flight case hardware for the same amount of money will maybe weigh 40 kg, while also containing long pieces (in excess of 120 cm). As transports are charged per kilogram, it’s unfortunately logical that shipping charges for flight case hardware will be more expensive.
